New Metal Roof
We had our aging asphalt roof upgraded to metal to not just add character but longevity. Getting the right contractors for a job can make all the difference, these guys are top-notch. Anytime you are restoring an old home attention and care must be used to ensure quality. During every step of the process, the team working with us shared their knowledge and explained what they were seeing and how it was fixed. Quality work from quality craftsmen who knew what to do. We are grateful for their hard work and are very pleased with the results.

We are extremely satisfied with the entire process and love the new roof. From my first interaction with Lee K till the final step and walk through with the job foreman, Southwest Roofing acted professionally and timely. I was kept informed of the planned start date, arrival times of the crew, and how long the job was estimated to take. The crew worked hard and the cleanup was impeccable. We had plants and trees near the house and not one issue with breakage or damage. We couldn’t be happier.

I've had a fairly extensive building maintenance career myself so I feel qualified in sharing my very positive opinion of Southwest Roofing. Pricing was very competitive and fair and I appreciate the help on a few additional items that I was interested in having done. The roofing crew was very professional, efficient, and very respectful of my house and property. The workmanship is excellent with no flaws, as I expect it will be for the life of the roof. On the outside chance that a roof problem should occur, I have complete confidence that Southwest Roofing will efficiently solve whatever it is.

Top notch company! Top notch employees! I am very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish! The entire process was completed in a day and not one nail or anything found in the yard or landscaping. The crew was great....good attitudes, very hard working. Couldn't ask for a better job! The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Jake was excellent to work with. He answered all of my many questions and addressed all of my concerns. The roofing crew was a true team. They worked hard, efficiently, and well together. Pilo was excellent. Dave took the time to answer some of my questions. Would highly recommend!
